Sarah Elizabeth Hartman was born in San Francisco, where she began her training at the age of three. Since then she has studied ballet extensively, specializing in the Vaganova method. Her classical repertoire includes principal roles in Swan Lake, Raymonda, and Sleeping Beauty, as well as an array of original roles. Her training also includes modern dance, West African dance, character dance specializing in Eastern European and Russian folk dances, and Bartanieff Fundamentals. In addition to her dance background, she has been modeling for several years, working with photographers of all genres, from high fashion to pure dance. Sarah is currently studying ballet as well as teaching, and is working with photographers on a regular basis.
